How to permanently delete your WorkBuddy account and data
Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period and this cannot be undone.
Email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion on your behalf within 30 days.
appworkbuddy@gmail.comDeleted immediately and permanently: your profile (name, email, phone number, photo), your login credentials, your personal shift calendar and hourly rate, the shifts you posted, and the messages you sent in shared Pools and in private chats. Shifts you had claimed from someone else are reopened for their team rather than deleted, since that content belongs to the original poster. You are logged out on every device and cannot sign back in with that account.
May remain visible to your former teammates: comments you left on shifts posted by other people aren't automatically removed, since they live inside that other person's shift record. If you need those removed as well, say so in your deletion email and we'll review it on request.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active WorkBuddy Pro subscription — cancel it separately from your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings to stop future billing.
